Our Aromatherapy Mists are created with a combination of scents that are  known for its calming effects and can help to you to fall asleep, or relieve anxiety, depression and stress. Just spray a few mists onto the heating pad after warming for a calming fragrance.

Directions: Spray 2 to 3 light mists onto heating/cooling pad from 6 inches away and allow to soak in and dry before using.

* Can also be used on linens.
